Tracking mild and breezy weather with mid-week rain chances

TODAY: I'm tracking temperatures warming into the low 40s throughout the afternoon hours as winds blow out of the southwest at 10-15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. Mostly sunny conditions are expected throughout the day before a quiet night as temperatures drop into the mid-20s and winds begin to lose speed.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking another mild afternoon as temperatures warm into the low 50s by the afternoon hours. A mostly sunny sky can be expected as winds blow out of the southwest at 8-12 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking temperatures continuing to warm into the 40s and low 50s throughout the rest of the week. Dry weather is expected through most of Wednesday before rain chances enter late Wednesday night. This will last throughout most of Thursday before dry weather returns on Friday. Rain totals are low, with most areas picking up around a tenth of an inch as this rain exits.
