Tracking a warmup through the weekend and minimal rain

TODAY: I'm tracking a mostly sunny afternoon as temperatures warm into the mid 60s. A gradual increase in upper-level clouds can be expected by the evening as winds blow out of the northwest at 3-6 mph. Temperatures by the end of the night will be in the upper 30s.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking mid to upper-level clouds present throughout the majority of the day. Temperatures will warm into the upper 60s by the afternoon hours as winds blow out of the southwest at 7-10 mph with gusts up to 15 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking warmer weather continuing as temperatures warm into the mid 70s by Friday afternoon and sunshine persists throughout the day. Slightly more cloud cover can be expected through the weekend, with another warm afternoon on Saturday. A cold front is set to pass through Saturday night into Sunday, bringing temperatures back down into the low 60s by Sunday afternoon. Cooler weather with slightly better chances of rain arrives for the start of next week as temperatures only warm into the mid 50s.
