Mizzou soccer draws Auburn in season finale

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

MU has closed out the 2025 regular season.

Mizzou soccer fought back against Auburn for a 1-1 draw in their final contest of the year. Haley Chambliss picked up the lone score for the Columbia Tigers late in the second half.

Auburn struck first, taking the lead in the 20th minute. Despite the early goal, redshirt sophomore Riley Wilkerson finished with nine saves and limited the home side to just the one score.

MU created several more chances throughout the game, but finally broke through in the 83rd minute off a corner kick. A header from McKenna Moran bounced out of the hands of the Auburn goalkeeper, and Chambliss managed to slot the equalizer into the bottom corner of the net. She finished the season with three goals and two assists.

Mizzou ended the 2025 campaign in 15th place in the SEC Standings, missing out on the conference tournament. MU's final record was 4-10-3.
