Tracking the return of rain tomorrow into the weekend

TONIGHT: Mostly clear early with increasing clouds, keeping temperatures a bit warmer overnight. Lows in the lower 40s.

TOMORROW: Cloudy with scattered showers. Highs in the upper 50s.

EXTENDED: Clouds roll in tonight, but we remain dry overnight before showers move in on Friday morning. A cut off low pressure system spins to our south from Friday through the weekend, with scattered showers becoming a bit more sparse on Friday night into Saturday. Scattered showers pick back up on Sunday as the low moves east, but temperatures generally remain in the upper 50s to about 60. Rain amounts will range from about 0.25" north of I-70, to 0.5"-0.75" for points south. Next week starts off a touch warmer on Monday, but another strong low pressure system will bring a shot at a few showers between late Monday and Tuesday, totaling to another 0.25" of rain. Temperatures behind this system fall into the upper 50s, but we can expect more sunshine through the rest of the week.
