Tracking cool, breezy conditions lasting through the week

TODAY: I'm tracking temperatures starting in the low 40s walking out the door during the morning hours. It will gradually warm into the low to mid 70s by the afternoon hours as plenty of sunshine is expected and winds blow out of the south at 10-15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

TONIGHT: I'm tracking a mostly clear but breezy evening as temperatures drop into the mid 40s by the end of the night and winds blow out of the west at 10-15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking a slight cooldown by tomorrow afternoon as temperatures once again only warm into the mid 60s. This cooler weather will persist into the weekend, but sunshine will start to fade as more chances of rainfall arrive by Thursday evening. The majority of rain is set to fall on Friday before slowly exiting the region on Saturday.
