Two hurt after motorcycle crash with deer in Miller County

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Two people were hurt  – one seriously – after a motorcycle crashed into a deer in Miller County just before 2 a.m. Friday, according to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The report states that a 51-year-old Camdenton man was riding a 2003 Harley-Davidson Street Glide motorcycle with a 54-year-old Camdenton woman when they hit a deer on Highway 134 at Cassidy Road.

The woman suffered serious injuries, while the man suffered moderate injuries. Both were taken to Lake Regional Hospital for treatment.

The report states both were wearing helmets. The motorcycle had extensive damage.
