Mizzou women’s basketball adds international talent to the roster

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)
Just when you thought Mizzou women's basketball coach Kellie Harper had put the final touches on her roster for the 2025-26 season, she made one more addition, on Monday. The first-year leader of the Tigers brought on her seventh transfer of the offseason.
Reka Toman, a forward from Hungary, is coming to Columbia. The moves comes after she averaged 7.5 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.2 steals per game while playing for Darazsak in Hungary's A-Division.
Toman has earned a spot on her country's national team each of the last four years, competing in the 2025 FBIA World Cup, U18 EuroBasket, 2023 FBIA U18 European Championship and the 2022 FIBA U16 European Championship. During the 2025 World Cup, specifically, Toman recorded 10.3 points on 44 percent shooting from the floor, as well as 4.7 rebounds and 1.1 assists.
