Tracking a quiet start to the week with more rain by the weekend

TODAY: Some may have fog early this morning, before we clear by late morning. Under mostly sunny skies with a northwest wind around 10-15 mph, we'll have highs in the mid-70s. Winds will be breezy, gusting 20-30 mph at times.

TONIGHT: Overnight, temperatures fall into the 50s for another cool start Tuesday.

EXTENDED: Tuesday's temperatures should rebound to upper-70s to near 80 with less northwest wind and more sunshine. Some high clouds may return Wednesday as highs climb back into the 80s for most. Rain chances return Thursday and grow into the weekend with an active pattern keeping showers and storms forecast through Sunday. High temperatures are forecast in the low 80s each day.
