Tracking scattered rain through the end of the week

TODAY: Thursday will have plenty of dry time, but you'll want to watch radar; especially this afternoon. Spotty rain chances this morning will dry up around midday, before isolated to scattered showers and weak storms bubble up again this afternoon. Temperatures may just reach 70 this afternoon. Winds are sustained around 5-10 mph from the southwest. Little additional rain, less than a quarter inch is forecast. Some will stay dry.

TONIGHT: Showers will clear overnight, and so will low clouds. Some high clouds remain to keep us partly cloudy.

EXTENDED: Temperatures start in the 50s Friday morning. We'll start with some sunshine through high clouds, with a light south breeze. Temperatures will reach the mid-to-upper 60s before a cold front brings a chance for showers to the region in the afternoon. Showers will pass, leaving less than a quarter inch of rain for most. Behind these showers, we'll dry up. Saturday morning brings a cool and dry start, save for some fog and low cloud potential. These will leave us partly cloudy through the day, as we climb from a start in the 40s into 60s by the afternoon. Sunday will be similarly cool, but temperatures climb back into the 70s early next week, with dry weather expected through Wednesday.
