State lawmakers to discuss medical marijuana licensing

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (KMIZ) -

Missouri lawmakers will hold a committee hearing on medical marijuana licensing Wednesday.

The Department of Health and Senior Services will go before the Special Committee on Government Oversight to talk about the fairness of the licensing process. This is the second time the department will go before the committee.

The hearing is set for 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the state Capitol.
