Tracking warmer weather with rain over Christmas week

TONIGHT: I'm tracking clear sky conditions with temperatures dropping into the low 20s by the end of the night. Winds will be out of the south at 5-10 mph.

TOMORROW: I'm tracking a mostly sunny afternoon with temperatures warming into the upper 40s. Winds will be out of the south at 8-12 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.

EXTENDED: I'm tracking a cloudy and rainy Christmas week with rain chances almost every day next week. The highest potential for rain (40%) arrives later Christmas Eve, which will last throughout the morning hours Christmas day. More systems bringing rain potential are expected daily through the end of next week. Although it will be cloudy and rainy, temperatures will be much warmer compared to recent weather. Daily high temperatures will be in the upper 40s and low 50s throughout the entirety of the week.
