Tracking a mild weekend warmup

TODAY: Temperatures warm dramatically today up to the 50s with plenty of sunshine to enjoy. Winds out of the southwest may gust above 20 mph.

TOMORROW: Sunday starts clear but clouds roll in by the afternoon. Temperatures will be even warmer in the upper 50s. Rain chances will mostly be to our southeast but a stray shower is possible near I-44 late in the afternoon.

EXTENDED: Clouds linger into Monday while rain pushes further southeast, keeping Mid-MO dry. Temperatures will reach the 50s for one more day ahead of a cold front Monday evening that brings back colder air. Highs drop back to the 30s with lows in the 20s and teens through midweek. A longer term warmup is likely but probably not as nice as we have this weekend.
