Woman seriously injured in Camden County crash

CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A 53-year-old Kaiser woman was seriously injured Monday in a two-vehicle crash on Route TT, just north of Putt N Bay Drive, a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report says.

The report says that the crash occurred when a 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer – driven by the woman – was heading south when it turned left into the path of a 2024 GMC Sierra that was heading northbound. The GMC was driven by a 79-year-old man from Sunrise Beach, the report says.

Both drivers were wearing seatbelts and both vehicles were totaled, the report says. The woman had serious injuries and the man had moderate injuries, the report says. Both were brought to Lake Regional Hospital by ambulance.
