Tracking a chillier night with more sunshine Wednesday

TONIGHT: Gradual clearing with lows in the lower 40s.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s.

EXTENDED: We'll gradually clear overnight with lows in the 40s and more sunshine by tomorrow. Tomorrow and Thursday look nice with highs near 60, but clouds return on Friday ahead of another storm system that will bring rain by afternoon or evening. Showers and perhaps a storm or two are possible through Saturday afternoon. I'm being cautiously optimistic about a dry Mizzou football game, but we'll for sure be cloudy and chilly with temps in the low 50s at kickoff. Rain amounts between Friday and Saturday will be around 1-1.5". Sunday is dry and we'll have more sunshine with highs near 60. Next week is slightly warmer and I'm already eyeing a chance at storms between Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
