Tracking a cooler night, rain chances tomorrow night
TONIGHT: Mostly clear and cool with lows in the low to mid-40s.
TOMORROW: Warm and windy with temperatures in the upper 70s. Late day clouds and a sprinkle or two possible before evening storms roll in before midnight.
EXTENDED: As southeast winds ramp up, temperatures rise back into the mid-upper 70s with some afternoon clouds spilling in. A cold front arrives tomorrow night, bringing a chance for rain and a few storms after 10PM. Rain and storms press southeast overnight, exiting our area to the southeast between 4-6AM. The best chance to see more than 0.5" will be north of Highway 24, and a couple storms could produce small hail, particularly as they develop before midnight. Friday will be cooler, with morning temperatures hovering near 60 and highs only rising about 10 more degrees by late afternoon. The weekend will be cooler as surface high pressure spreads in, keeping sunshine and temperatures in the 60s. Next week, highs get into the upper 70s to nearly 80 again to start the week as gusty winds pick up. We'll see our next shot at rain with another cold front between Wednesday night and Thursday of next week.Â
