Tracking warmer temperatures through the weekend

TONIGHT: Mostly clear with lows in the lower 40s.

TOMORROW: Mostly sunny and breezy with highs in the lower 70s.

EXTENDED: We'll see lows falling to near 40 overnight with sunshine again tomorrow afternoon. Highs reach the lower 70s Friday, with a slight warm up through the weekend. Next week, a closed off low pressure system is expected to migrate into the region, increasing clouds and perhaps bringing a few showers late Monday. The chances of impactful rainfall are looking slim thanks to dry air holding in place. Upper high pressure returns for the rest of the week with a weak front sliding through between Wednesday and Thursday. I'm not expecting much rain with that system, and temperatures don't cool much after reaching the mid-upper 70s.
