Tracking sunny skies and warming temperatures into the weekend
TODAY: Wednesday is another sunny day, with only a few high clouds through the day expected. Temperatures will warm back into the 70s, despite a chilly start in the 30s and 40s. Winds will pick up from the south at a clip of 5-10 mph through the afternoon.
TONIGHT: Light winds and clear skies leave us in the 40s and 50s Thursday morning. Fog is unlikely outside of steam fog near large bodies of water like lakes and rivers.
EXTENDED: The forecast has shifted slightly, keeping us warmer, in the low 80s Friday and Saturday, thanks to the trough that is expected to drive a weak cold front Friday looking even weaker and less impactful. While this trend has weakened, another dry passing front on Sunday is looking more impressive, potentially dropping us back into the 70s Sunday afternoon, and low 70s by Monday afternoon. Of course, this could come with mornings in the 40s as well. Still, no rain is forecast in the foreseeable future.
