Vandals damage buses with BBs at Mexico Public Schools garage

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Police are looking for the person or people who shot school buses and the garage housing them Saturday.

Officers were called to the Mexico Public Schools bus garage Saturday afternoon on Lakeview Road, according to a Mexico Department of Public Safety news release. Several buses, other vehicles and the building were shot with a BB gun, the release says.

Police didn't mention a suspect and it wasn't clear how the damage affected Monday morning's bus routes.
