The next presidential debate -- and the first between the major political parties' two current candidates -- takes place Tuesday.

The debate airs on ABC 17 at 8 p.m.

Former president Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris will square off for the first time in a debate format. The Harris team is hoping for a better outcome for their candidate than what happened to President Joe Biden back in June.
