Shots fired at Applebee’s in Columbia early Sunday morning

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Shots were fired at the Applebee's at 2601 E. Broadway in Columbia early Sunday morning, according to Sergent Chris Hobbs with the Columbia Police Department.

Hobbs told ABC 17 News at the scene that there is one, possibly two victims.

ABC 17 News crews got to the scene at around 12:40 a.m. and saw five Columbia Police Department cruisers, an MU Health Care ambulance and an MU Health Care vehicle.

ABC 17 News saw one person inside the ambulance and police officers searching around and inside the restaurant.

The scene was cleared at around 1:15 a.m.
