Columbia to take public input on water rate increase at Aug. 5 City Council meeting

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Columbia Water and Light is proposing an increase to water rates in the for the fiscal year 2025 budget.

The city will take public input during its City Council meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at City Hall, a Tuesday press release from the city says.

If the rates are approved, customers will see the new rates in the October billing cycle.
