Callaway Sheriff’s Office alerts parents of children who attended daycare ran by man charged with child sex crimes
FULTON, Mo. (KMIZ)
The Callaway County Sheriff’s Office has contacted the parents of children who attended an in-home daycare ran by a man who is charged with several child sex crimes.
The sheriff’s office wrote on its Facebook page on Wednesday that if any parent has not been contacted, they should called the sheriff’s office at 573-642-7291 and select option 6.
Jacob Stockglausner, 37, of Fulton, was charged with statutory sodomy of a child younger than 12 years old, sexual exploitation of a child, first-degree promoting child pornography and possessing child porn. He is being held at the Callaway County Jail without bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 23.
According to the probable cause statement, a computer with an IP address registered to Stockglausner uploaded child pornography to an online platform. While a search warrant was being executed at the daycare – which was run out of Stockglausner’s home -- a parent was able to identify their child in an image showed by law enforcement, court documents say.
Court information filed on Monday says Stockglausner raped a toddler, filmed it and shared it online. Additional material of other children was also found, filings say.
