Belle man killed in Sunday night crash

BELLE, Mo. (KMIZ)

A man from Belle was killed Sunday night after a crash on Highway 42 in Maries County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Joseph Bialczyk, 20, of Belle was driving on Highway 42 three miles South of Highway 28 at 11:40 p.m. Sunday when his car started to skid on a turn.

Troopers said Bialczyk's car, a 2004 Chevrolet Impala, went off the side of the road and flipped before stopping. The crash report states he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Bialczyk was not reported to be wearing a seatbelt, according to the Highway Patrol Crash Report.
