Flood Warning issued July 4 at 6:54AM CDT until July 6 at 4:32AM CDT by NWS Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO

…Forecast flooding changed from Minor to Moderate severity and
increased in duration for the following rivers in Missouri…

Petite Saline Creek near Boonville affecting Cooper County.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE…Petite Saline Creek near Boonville.

* WHEN…Until early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 16.0 feet, Low lying woodlands and fields near the
creek flood.
At 19.5 feet, The creek floods U Highway about 4 miles southeast
of Boonville.
At 23.1 feet, Water reaches the bottom of U Highway bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 6:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 19.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.4
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
tomorrow afternoon.
– Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
