Tracking increasing rain chances into next week
TONIGHT: I'm tracking isolated showers moving out of our eastern most counties throughout the rest of the evening. Most of central Missouri can expect dry conditions with temperatures falling into the low 60s by the end of the night.
TOMORROW: I'm tracking an early morning chance of patchy fog in mid-MO before sunrise. Another isolated rain chance is expected to the west in the late morning and early afternoon hours. Once again, the majority of central Missouri will stay dry as temperatures warm up into the mid 80s.
EXTENDED: I'm tracking the best chances for showers and storms picking up Monday afternoon. There is a possibility of strong to severe storms in the Ozarks region, but certainty is low on this factor for now. At the very least, expect more widespread showers on Monday. Tuesday will have another chance at afternoon scattered showers and storms that last into Wednesday morning. After this, a dry pattern anticipated throughout the rest of the week. Northerly winds will be prominent in the back half of next week, which will keep temperatures in the low 80s.
