Tracking a pleasant Thursday, rain returning Friday

TONIGHT: Mostly clear and cool with lows in the upper 50s.

TOMORROW: Sunny and pleasant with some late day clouds moving in. Highs in the upper 70s to around 80.

EXTENDED: Clouds build in overnight Thursday into Friday ahead of our next storm system that will bring rain and perhaps a few embedded storms between Friday and Saturday. Rain and clouds keep temperatures in the upper 70s on Friday. Depending on how quickly low pressure pulls east and brings a cold front through, we'll have a chance for rain to start off Saturday. As that clears out, we'll be drier with highs near 80. Sunday is looking like a drier day with warmer temperatures in the mid-80s and a chance for a few isolated storms. Next week looks active to start with rain and thunder possible between Monday and Tuesday. Warmer than average temperatures settle in with highs making it to the upper 80s by mid-week. Severe weather chances are low, but rain amounts could reach up to 1" by the middle of next week.
