FULTON, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Fulton man was charged on Thursday with possessing child pornography and failure to register as a sex offender.

Aaron Michael Dannenmueller, 33, is being held at the Callaway County Jail without bond. A court date has not been scheduled.

According to the probable cause statement, the Boone County Sheriff’s Office Cyber Crimes Task Force received two cyber tips on March 6 and March 15 about child pornography being stored on an online platform. The IP address of the computer was registered to Dannenmueller’s address, the statement says. The account associated with the IP address also contained “images of personal documents and images of” Dannenmueller, court documents say.

Callaway County deputies executed a search warrant at Dannenmueller’s residence on Wednesday, where he allegedly admitted to downloading and viewing child pornography.
