Another legislative session, another down-to-the-wire budget process.

The Missouri Senate is yet to begin real floor work toward passing a budget with just a couple of days to go before its constitutionally mandated deadline. The hold-up comes from a small cadre of ultra-conservative centers who want to see their priorities met first.
