A Jefferson City man pleaded guilty on Monday to child porn possession.

Justin Loafman will be sentenced at 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 9 at the Cole County Circuit Court. He is currently being held at the Cole County Jail. He was previously charged with child porn possession and first-degree promoting child pornography.

According to previous reporting, court documents stated the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children told law enforcement that it received a complaint from the social media application Snapchat about child pornography being uploaded.

An email address of the account holder was provided to law enforcement, as well as an IP address, court documents say. The IP address was registered to Loafman’s address, the statement says.

Previous reporting indicates that Loafman admitted to owning the email address and Snapchart account, as well as sharing child porn on the application.
