RECALL ROUNDUP: Ford and Toyota vehicles recalled along with frozen mini-bagels

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Ford Broncos and Mavericks recalled

More than 450,000 Ford SUV's and pick-ups have been recalled.

The vehicles in the recall are Ford Bronco Sports made between February 2020 and March 2024, along with Ford Mavericks made from February 2021 to October 2022.

The automaker issued the recall because of battery issues that could fail to detect changes in the battery charge which could cause the vehicle to lose power to drive, increasing the risk of a crash.

Ford says dealerships will fix the issue for free and owners will be notified by mail by May 13.

Toyota vehicles recalled

Toyota, the world's largest automaker has issued a recall for 55,000 of its vehicles.

The recall impacts 2023 and 2024 Prius and Prius HEV vehicles.

The company says it issued the recall because water can enter the rear door latch and cause a short circuit.

If the doors aren't locked, Toyota says, the door could open while the vehicle is moving or in a crash, which could increase the risk of someone getting hurt.

Owners can take their vehicle to a Toyota dealer and have the issue fixed for free.

Feel Good Foods Gluten-Free Mini-Bagels

Feel Good Foods has issued a recall for its gluten-free plain and everything flavored cream cheese stuffed gluten-free mini-bagels found in the frozen section.

The company issued the recall because the bagels may contain gluten after getting one consumer report of an adverse reaction to gluten.

The Food and Drug Administration says both products have "best by" dates from May 29, 2024, to Sept. 17, 2025.

If you have questions, you can call or email Feel Good Foods.
