Tracking overnight showers and storms before a cooler Saturday

TONIGHT: Overnight lows cool to the lower 50s with widespread showers and some rumbles of thunder. Moderate showers remain possible with heavier isolated showers possible.

TOMORROW: Friday morning holds onto showers before a little dry time after 10 am. Scattered showers look to return to the region for southeastern portions of Mid-Missouri by Friday afternoon before pushing out to the east by Saturday morning.

EXTENDED: Saturday looks to see clearing skies with highs into the upper 40s. Sunday kicks off the warming trend as highs reach into the upper 50s. The first half of next week welcomes mostly sunny skies and warmer temperatures which reach into the lower 70s by mid-week. Wednesday and Thursday welcomes chances of scattered showers.
