RECALL ROUNDUP: Regulators recall refrigerators, charcuterie meat and salad kits

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has recalled more than 380,000 Electrolux refrigerators.

The recall affects the company's Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerators with a slim ice bucket.

The company says the ice bucket pieces can break and can cause plastic pieces to go into the bucket, which can put users at risk of choking or laceration hazards.

Federal regulators say there have been 343 incidents of the pieces breaking off which has resulted in two injuries. The affected fridges were sold at Lowe's, Home Depot and other stores nationwide and online from November 2015 through September 2019.

Consumers are urged to stop using the ice bucket immediately and contact Electrolux Group for a free replacement.

Fratelli Beretta Ready-to-Eat Coppa Charcuterie Meat has been recalled because it could make people sick.

The United States Department of Agriculture has recalled the meat due to it potentially being under-processed and because it could contain food pathogens,

The recalled meat was sold nationwide at Aldi, Sam's Club, Costco and Publix.

Consumers and businesses are being told to throw away any packages of the meat or return them for a refund.

Dole, President's Choice and Marketside salad kits recalled

The Food and Drug Administration has recalled some popular salad kits due to possible listeria contamination.

Federal regulators say the kits are being recalled after they were produced with ingredient packets containing cheese as part of the expanded recall from Rizo-Lopez Foods Inc. due to potential traces of listeria.

The affected products include Dole, President's Choice and Marketside brand salad kits.

The recalled kits were sold in 25 states, including Missouri.

So far, no illnesses have been reported.

The FDA urges consumers who own these kits to throw them away immediately.
