Fulton man faces child porn charges
FULTON, Mo. (KMIZ)
A Fulton man was charged with two child pornography charges after authorities said he uploaded multiple videos to the social media application Kik.
Paul Daniel Randolph, 31, was charged with possession of child pornography and first-degree promoting child pornography. He is being held at the Callaway County Jail without bond, according to online jail records. A court date has not been set.
The Boone County Sheriff’s Office Cyber Crimes Task Force received a tip on Nov. 9 from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, according to the probable cause statement. The tip indicated Randolph uploaded videos on Aug. 4 to Kik from an IP address registered at Randolph’s address, the statement says.
Law enforcement executed a search warrant on Wednesday, where Randolph allegedly admitted to owning the email address associated with the Kik account, the statement says. A cellphone associated with the account was found hidden in a piece of furniture, according to court documents.
