Tracking a warmer and sunny afternoon with chances of Thursday rain

TODAY: Afternoon highs warm into the upper 50s with mostly sunny skies. Winds remain out of the southwest at 4-8 mph.

TONIGHT: Overnight lows cool to the mid to upper 30s with partly cloudy skies and winds out of the southwest at 5-10 mph.

EXTENDED: Wednesday welcomes highs just over 60 degrees with partly cloudy skies. Thursday sees a windy day with gusts up to 40 mph and spotty shower chances mid-day. Highs rise into the mid-60s. Friday clears once again before a slight cool down into the weekend and a chance for spotty showers into Super Bowl Sunday.
