Tracking increasing clouds with warmer temperatures ahead

TODAY: Afternoon highs warm into the mid to lower 40s as winds remain out of the northwest at 8-12 mpg with gusts up to 23 mph. Skies become mostly cloudy as clouds move in form the northeast.

TONIGHT: Overnight lows cool to the upper 20s and lower 30s as skies remain mostly cloudy.

EXTENDED: Wednesday kicks off another warming trend as winds change from the southwest with mostly sunny skies. Highs climb into the mid-50s. Thursday sees an even more substantial increase with highs just above 60 degrees. Friday sees a slight increase in cloud cover before chances of showers approach the region Saturday and Sunday.
