Tracking sunshine returning and a pleasant week ahead

TODAY: Mostly cloudy in the morning with fog lingering. Dry northerly winds will scour this moisture through the afternoon and sweep out cloud cover before sundown. Temperatures will be perfectly seasonal topping out around 40 degrees.

TOMORROW: Sunshine returns in full swing Monday though the morning starts out chilly in the upper 20s. The later part of the day is much better as we soar to the low 50s, over 10 degrees above normal.

EXTENDED: Some clouds may return Tuesday and Wednesday as a system tracks mostly northeast of us, but no rain is expected. This will keep us a little cooler though, with highs back in the 40s. Late week sees another upswing to the 50s ahead of weekend rain chances.
