MONTGOMERY CITY, Mo. (KMIZ)

No injuries were reported in a Montgomery County fire on Tuesday morning, according to a social media post from the Montgomery Fire Protection District.

According to the post, the fire was reported around 7:45 a.m. and firefighters saw a car, garage and breezeway on fire. Minor damage was reported in the attic of the house, the post states.

All residents were able to get out of the structure and get to a neighboring house.

Photos in the post showed heavy damage to the garage and car. A cause of the fire and an estimate for damage were not immediately disclosed.
