Dispensary workers unanimously vote to unionize

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

Workers at Columbia dispensary High Profile voted unanimously on Friday to unionize. 

United Food And Commercial Workers Local 655 want to represent them. That’s the same union that organized workers at Shangri-La in south Columbia.

C3 Industries Incorporated will next decide if it will recognize the unionization.

Twenty-five employees voted in favor of unionization. The unionization would include 33 employees.
