Callaway County man indicted on child sex crimes

FULTON, Mo. (KMIZ)

A grand jury indictment was filed on Monday for a Holts Summit man accused of multiple child sex crimes.

Dennis Wayne Gallatin, 72, was charged with two counts of statutory sodomy of a victim younger than 12 years old and tampering with a witness. He is being held at the Callaway County Jail without bond.

The indictment says the alleged assault occurred between June 30, 2021-July 3, 2021. Jail records indicate that Gallatin was booked at 12:11 p.m. Nov. 30, 2022.
