Mizzou breaks into the Top-10 of the College Football Playoff rankings

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

The Mizzou football team broke the top-10 in the latest College Football Playoff ranking, coming in a No. 9 after a dominate win over then-No. 13 Tennessee, on Saturday.

The Volunteers dropped five spots, to No. 18, after the 29-point beat down MU handed them at Faurot Field.

The Tigers' No. 9 placement is the highest CFP ranking in program history.
