Tracking mild temperatures through mid-week, dry trend continues

TONIGHT: Partly cloudy and mild with lows in the mid-50s.

TOMORROW: Partly cloudy and warm with highs in the mid-upper 70s.

EXTENDED: Tonight, clouds will be patchy with a front in the area, but temperatures remain mild as we drop into the mid-50s. A stalled frontal boundary will split temperatures area-wide tomorrow, with locations north of the front ending up a bit cooler vs. locations south where highs will reach the upper 70s. The front lifts a bit farther north on Wednesday, getting most of Mid-Missouri into the upper 70s to low 80s. The front finally begins to slide southeast Wednesday night into Thursday, potentially delivering a few showers in areas near the Lake of the Ozarks and I-44. We'll be cooler behind the front for the rest of the week with highs in the upper 50s and lows in the mid-30s.
