Tracking a mostly dry forecast with mild temperatures

TODAY: Friday is the warmest we've been so far this week. Expect south winds around 10-15 mph and a sunny start to jump temperatures back into the upper 60s this afternoon with increasing clouds this afternoon. Fire risk is lower today, thanks to slightly higher relative humidity, but it will still be breezy.

TONIGHT: Temperatures stay warm, with clouds and south winds. Some light showers will be present overhead, but dry air should evaporate them before reaching the surface.

EXTENDED: We'll start Saturday in the 40s, and reach 60s ahead of rain that approaches Saturday night. This rain is expected to arrive before the overnight hours, and continue overnight. Less than a tenth of an inch is expected locally, with most seeing a trace at best. Sunday looks drier and warmer, with highs back in the upper 60s. We'll start next week with highs in the 70s, but then cool a little bit each day, as an active pattern shows daily rain chances. These chances will be very slim, leaving us mostly dry. Next week's temperatures drop into the 60s Tuesday and Wednesday.
