The Central Missouri Activities Conference (CMAC) is expanding to eight member schools. The conference's current member schools announced on Wednesday that Camdenton will become the CMAC's eighth member, starting in the 2024-2025 school year.

Camdenton will join the CMAC following the disbandment of the Ozark Conference at the end of the current 2023-2024 school year.

The CMAC has included the following seven schools since its creation during the 2020-2021 school year: Rock Bridge, Hickman, Battle, Jefferson City, Capital City, Helias Catholic and Smith-Cotton.
