More than 500 Boone Electric Cooperative members in southern Boone County have their power back after they lost it Monday afternoon, the utility reported on its website.
The Boone Electric outage map showed 512 members without power in five separate outages at 1 p.m. Monday. The bulk of them were in areas with Ashland and Hartsburg postal codes.
The outage was fixed by 1:40 p.m. after crews found a line down, Boone Electric said in a follow-up post.
