One in custody following Boone County chase with law enforcement

BOONE COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

One person was in custody following a chase on Monday near Benson Road and Highway 22 in Boone County near Sturgeon.

A large law enforcement presence was seen in the area.

An ABC 17 News reporter saw one man in the custody of the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, as well as several sheriff’s office vehicles, Missouri State Highway Patrol vehicles, a K-9 and an ambulance at 4 p.m.

Five deputies were on the scene at 4:23 p.m.

ABC 17 News is working to learn more information.
