Salisbury man suffers serious injuries in Howard County crash

HOWARD COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Salisbury man suffered serious injuries in crash Thursday night in Howard County.

The crash happened on Missouri 87 south of Route E at 9:21 p.m., according to the online crash report.

A 2023 Kia Forte driven by William Kaneer, 22, was traveling south at a high rate of speed.

Kaneer lost control of the vehicle, crossed the other lane of traffic and went off the road. He then hit multiple trees causing the vehicle to flip, according to Troopers.

Kaneer was taken to University Hospital with serious injuries by a Howard County ambulance.

The Highway Patrol reported he was wearing a seatbelt.
