No one injured in Randolph County plane crash; plane ran out of fuel

RANDOLPH COUNTY, Mo. (KMIZ)

The scene of a plane crash reported in Randolph County is now clear.

According to Missouri State Highway Patrol, at about 8 tonight a plane crashed just west of County Road 2310 in Randolph County. The plane crashed because it ran out of fuel, according to the Randolph County Sheriff.

Two people were on board the plane, they are not injured.

The sheriff tells ABC 17 it was a small jet belonging to a flight school and the front landing gear collapsed.

The plane was going from Columbia to Moberly.
