Tracking a windy afternoon with cooler temperatures

Today: Afternoon highs increase just below 80 degrees with partly cloudy sky conditions. Winds remain out of the northwest at 12-16 mph.

Tonight: Overnight lows cool to the upper 50s with clearing skies. Winds remain out of the northwest at 4-8 mph.

Extended: The remainder of the week sees drier conditions with plenty of sunshine as highs peak into the lower 80s with winds remaining out of the north. Sunday afternoon sees chances of showers/ storms as a cold front works its way into the region throughout early portions of next week. Monday and Tuesday sees cooler temperatures along with chances of showers and storms.
