The ABC 17 News Stormtrack Weather Team has issued a Weather Alert Day for the impending heat coming on Thursday and Friday.

Temperatures have chances to reach dangerous levels, with air temperatures likely eclipsing 100 degrees the next few days and the heat index nearing 110 degrees.
