Columbia man charged with sodomy

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Columbia man is charged with two counts of first-degree sodomy after he and three juveniles allegedly sexually assaulting another person.

Darien Deray Allen, 18, is being held in the Boone County Jail without bond. Jail records indicate a court appearance is set for 1 p.m. Monday.

Columbia police responded to a call about a sexual assault on May 29.

The victim told law enforcement that Allen invited them over to “hang out” and when Allen arrived to a residence to pick them up, he and three juveniles in a car all assaulted the victim, the probable cause statement says.
